Uncovering

After the death of his closeted Jewish-Orthodox boyfriend Eli, 20-year-old Alexander attends the shiva to pay his respects. An introduction to Eli’s mother, Chana, leaves things more unclear, and Alexander finds himself lost within his grief. In a twist of fate, Chana unexpectedly shows up at his door, both of them yearning to learn more about their shared beloved. Uncovering all they once knew, they must embrace each other’s worlds in order to find light, acceptance and closure.
