The story takes place in an unknown land where creatures called the Tion live. One day, a Tien named Ashi was born. Immediately after the birth, he was attracted by the sun in the sky. However, in the process of chasing the sun, he soon discovered that he would die when he took the tenth step, turning into a flower that could never move.
