The movie is slotted under the story-line of rich girl - poor boy. As was the case with so many other movies of those times in Bollywood the story-line of this Sindhi movie is also on the same line. The hero belongs to the family of a well respected teacher while the girl belongs to the family of a well to do law professional. The fathers of the hero-heroine are both friends in a manner and hence the boy-girl get a chance to be good friends from younger age and hence have been in love for years together. The barrister is not keen on getting his girl married to the professors son. In comes the businessman, who happens to be the son of the barristers friend of olden days who used to live near by at older locality.
