Making Lupini / Fare i Lupini (V1)

In 2022, the film began with a recording of the actions involved in the preparation of lupini beans (Lupinus luteus). This process begins in Calabria, Italy, with a recipe by Olivia’s nonno (grandfather), Antonio Marrella. The process is then filmed again in Niagara Falls, Canada, with her nonno present.
