This is an experimental performative and social documentary exploring humankind’s relationship to nature and other lifeforms through the ancient Nordic and Celtic myth of the selkie and the impact of wild swimming on our psyche and wellbeing. Based in different locations and through collaboration with various communities around Scotland.
